Important Notes
- If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, we may unfortunately need to decline the treatment depending on the appointment schedule.
- Please avoid no-shows, same-day cancellations, or last-minute changes unless for unavoidable reasons. In such cases, other patients may be given priority during busy times.
- We strive to accommodate patients on time, but please understand that depending on the condition of other patients, times may shift. We recommend leaving ample time when making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
No-shows or same-day cancellations are strictly prohibited. Please notify us of any changes to your appointment or cancellations by the day before. If we do not receive notice by the day before, a cancellation fee of ¥5,500 (including tax) will be charged. Please note that patients who repeatedly cancel or change their appointments may be refused future bookings.
For Minors
If a minor (under 18 years old) is receiving treatment, a consent form from a parent or guardian, or their accompaniment, is required.
Aftercare Support

We provide comprehensive counseling and aftercare both before and after treatment. After the procedure, you will receive instructions on post-treatment care and precautions for your home care. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our reception anytime.
FAQ
Yes, it is possible. However, if there are any changes to the treatment on the day of your appointment or depending on our schedule, we may need to reschedule the treatment for another day. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, it is perfectly fine to only have a consultation. You can take your time to consider and make sure you are fully satisfied before proceeding with any treatments.

We accept cash, credit cards, QUICPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. For credit card payments, you can choose either one-time or installment payments (3 installments or more).

We do not have dedicated parking for the clinic. If you are coming by car, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.

1 Appointment
We operate on an appointment-based system. To request a treatment, please select your desired service and submit your booking via our online reservation form.

2 Arrival & Check-in
Please inform the reception staff of your name upon arrival. First-time visitors are required to present their health insurance card or ID. If you haven’t filled out the pre-consultation form, it will be available at reception. While waiting, feel free to relax in the "ZEN Room."

3 Consultation
Based on the information from your consultation form, we will perform a skin analysis and discuss your concerns. Our experienced staff and nurses will provide clear explanations and appropriate recommendations for your treatment.

4 Payment
After agreeing to the consultation details, please proceed to payment.

後日施術の場合
お申し込みを手続きし、施術日時を決めて予約していただきます。
お支払いは施術当日となります。

5 Treatment
After confirming the treatment details and precautions with the doctor, we will proceed with the procedure. For cosmetic treatments, preparation such as facial cleansing may be required, and our staff will guide you through the necessary steps.

6 Post-Treatment
After the treatment, we will provide you with instructions on aftercare and precautions based on your procedure. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the reception. If makeup is allowed after the treatment, you can use the powder room for touch-ups.
